One of our favorite Nashville neighborhoods is the Gulch. With its multitude of cool shops, great restaurants and sleek high-rises, your time in the Gulch is sure to be fun.
Need a little inspiration for your next night out of weekend off? Here are some of our favorite places in the Gulch that are so worth checking out.

Watermark never ceases to amaze with its increasingly impressive menu of elevated Southern fare. One taste of their roasted pork chop, ribeye or Atlantic salmon — or virtually anything else on their menu — and you’ll understand why the restaurant has become a Nashville favorite in such a short amount of time.
Nothing goes with your entree as well as a glass of vino from their long wine list or one of their decadent desserts. Watermark’s contemporary, chic ambiance is perfect for intimate romantic dinners or a meal with friends.

In the Gulch, the clear barbecue star is Peg Leg Porker, a restaurant that, despite opening in 2013, has quickly earned a reputation for some of the tastiest barbecue, brisket, and ribs in Nashville. You won’t be disappointed, whether you treat yourself to the BBQ nachos, dry ribs, yard bird platter, Southern sides or one of their infamous Kool-Aid pickles. Peg Leg is the place to go for mouth-watering barbecue in the Gulch.
