The Frothy Monkey has quickly become one of the most popular destinations in Nashville for both coffee drinkers and non-coffee drinkers. This coffee stop serves specialty coffees and teas in a relaxed comfortable atmosphere with made-in-house sandwiches and salads to help hit the hunger spots. They’re also famous for serving up artisan chocolate and serving an especially delectable latte. No wonder the stars stop in for their fuel up.


Fido, in Hillsboro Village, is central to some of the coolest hangouts near downtown, including the Belcourt Theatre and BookMan/BookWoman. Fido works as equal parts casual restaurant and relaxed coffee house, with outdoor seating right on 21st Avenue and a large selection of specialty drinks that are both delicious and good for a shot of energy during draggy afternooons.

The Jam

The Jam is a different kind of place to relax, with its retro-inspired theme and vintage vibes found everywhere from the furniture to the decorations. They offer over 30 kinds of loose-leaf teas, as well as specialty coffee drinks and beautiful latte art.
