2320 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN
With a name that means “the study of one’s true self,” Atmology makes the perfect meeting space for a small group that has some creative thinking to do.
While technically a coffee shop, the space also has a reputation for its beautiful meeting rooms, each of which has a name meant to inspire; you can handle a client introduction in the “Connect” room or have a brainstorming session in the “Discover” room.
There’s audiovisual equipment, plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating to encourage free thinking and creativity. From the delicious coffee to the beautiful art, Atmology is the small Nashville meeting space for the creative thinkers who need to be inspired.
411 Broadway, Nashville, TN
If you choose this rooftop space to hold your business discussions, you’d be in good company: Aerial’s past clients include CMT, Verizon Wireless, the Tennessee Titans and Gibson Guitar.
Riding a private elevator, your colleagues will be taken to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the downtown area. When it’s time to begin the meeting, the group can sit down in a classroom setting for up to 60. You may also want to step outside for a gathering on the patio, where you can discuss business in the fresh air. For catered gatherings, Aerial provides from Merchants Restaurant, and staff will also assist with basic audio/visual needs, if necessary.
6172 Cockrill Bend Circle, Nashville, TN
A former cigar warehouse, OZ has a boardroom boasting a 70” flat-screen television, an Apple TV and enough space to fit fourteen.
However, its gorgeous rooms also make it a great spot for receptions and retreats. A five-star safari resort was the inspiration for the veranda, where a fire pit is surrounded by a rectangular sitting area with chic brown pillows.
Indoors, the airy Ultra Lounge boasts a sleek décor with a bar and four flat-screen televisions. The centerpiece of OZ, however, is the Escaparate, a walk-in cigar humidor. More than 100,000 cigars were once housed in this room, and today the cigars have been replaced with various works of art sitting inside stylish glass display cases.
1207 McGavock Street, Nashville, TN
At 10,000 sq. feet, the Rosewall can hardly be called small. But the intimacy of the meeting spaces are still a perfect fit for meetings or conventions that demand the very best.
Housed in a 1930s warehouse, the Rosewall offers mezzanines with beautiful views, plus the location on M Street puts it in the heart of some of the best cuisine and nightlife in the city.
3253 Aspen Grove Drive, Nashville, TN
Located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, TN, Spark was built by Lipscomb University to encourage creativity and innovation.
To help businesses accomplish this, the space has two rooms that can be customized to different purposes. The Conference Studio may be used as a boardroom, conference room, seminar room or a teleconferencing room with televisions for video calls.
The Learning Studio can be a lecture hall, a dining room, a traditional classroom, or a collaborative classroom with several chairs pushed around one table for group work. The Media Lounge holds a flat-screen television and three computer monitors, while the Community Lounge offers a comfortable place to drink coffee and socialize.
