There’s a reason they call Nashville Music City, great music is how we celebrate just about anything. And Nashville, of course, celebrates the New Year in our typical musical fashion. Jack Daniels Music City Midnight® is Nashville’s free New Year’s Eve celebration. The evening at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park is filled with live music, fireworks, confetti cannons, and the Music Note Drop® at midnight.
Nashville’s New Year’s Eve has become popular with visitors from all around the world, and NYE is a great chance to put our hospitality and city on display. Last year’s show brought between 175,000 to 200,000 people in attendance. The Jack Daniels Music City Midnight® starts at 4 PM and the lineup includes Keith Urban, The Struts, Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, Amanda Shires, and The Fisk Jubliee Singers. Then count down to 2020 as a 15-foot-tall red “Music Note Drop®,” drops from a 145-foot structure.
