3. Historic Cannonsburgh Village

Cannonsburgh, the original name for Murfreesboro, is a reconstructed village that represents roughly 100 years of life for early settlers. Today, Historic Cannonsburgh Village includes a grist mill, school house, doctor’s office, general store, and blacksmith’s shop, as well as a wedding chapel, a caboose, and an onsite museum.

4. MAFIAoZA’s Music City Brewer’s Festival

The 16th Annual MAFIAoZA’s Music City Brewer’s Festival is a day packed with brews, music, food, and fun. Grab tickets for the festival’s afternoon or evening session and get ready to sample some of the best brews in the country.

Local breweries like Jackalope, Fat Bottom, Mantra Artisan Ales, Yazoo, will be present amongst other major players, including Blue Moon, Guinness, Sierra Nevada, Bell’s, Lagunitas, and more. And where there’s beer, there’s food, so you can also expect some outstanding Nashville cuisine:

Specialty pies from the festival’s sponsor, MAFIAoZA’s, will be served, as well as hot dogs from The Dog, Boutique Burger Bar, and more.

And since this is Nashville, of course there will be live music provided by some of Music City’s best local bands.

Admission ranges from $39 to $89. If you’re interested, be sure to get your tickets ahead of time. Price increases by $10 on the day of the festival.
